December 2011 In our ongoing efforts to assist you in getting bigger Monthly Fuel Incentives and taking more $$ home as well, as making your life a little easier. We are giving out Free Electric Heating Blankets. This should help you in reducing idling during these cold times and help you be little more comfortable and easier to rest. November 2011 Keep in mind that YOU spend $60-$70,000 per year buying fuel--just your truck. Multiply that times 40!!!! That’s $2,400,000- $2,800,000.00 per year on Fuel. That is a lot of money and we must try to manage that and provide feedback to save the company money and to help you maximize your Fuel Incentive. Could you use extra couple hundred dollars for the holidays???? We are trying to help you get it. October 2011We are having trouble with guys not filling up. One day they don’t fill up completely and MPG will show 6.5MPG, then when they do actually fill up the next day MPG shows 4MPG. Obviously you will not get 6.5MPG on one day and 4MPG the next day. We are trying to provide you with feedback to help save $ on fuel and assist you in maximizing your take home Fuel Incentive Dollars. September 2011 With the weather cooling down some, there should be additional opportunities to reduce idling. Any reduction and savings in MPG will pay you more $$ June 2011 Driving slow and smooth not only saves fuel but it saves wear and tear on the tires and brakes and drivetrain. It also saves wear and tear on YOU. No worries about speeding, less accidents, you will be targeted for less Roadside inspections, all this should lower your stress level and protect the public and protect your good name and safety record and career.
May 2011 With warm weather upon us, idling to stay cool is upon us. Keep in mind that idling burns ½ of gallon of fuel per hour so use it as needed. If it is cool at night don’t run truck. This all contributes to your fuel bonus and puts money in or out of your pocket. Obviously you need rest to be safe and when it is hot there is no choice but let’s work on when there is a choice. |
